キヌアとは、
その栄養価の高さから未来の食物としてNASAも認めた注目のスーパーフード
その原産地の一つがボリビアで、ここではいろんな種類のキヌアを育てているそうです
キヌアは成長するとボリビア国旗のように上から赤・黄・緑になるそうです
2枚目はそのボリビア国旗を持って記念撮影するドイツ人学生たち
3枚目は村に育っていた巨大過ぎるサボテン（3～4m近くある）

I had joined another tour like 2N3D UYUNI expedition with German and Mexican guys as soon as I came back from UYUNI starlight & sunrise tour.
This is Quinua plantation in the village named San Juan del Rosario near UYUNI salt flat. Quinua is getting popular for the Superfoods(super-rich-foods) contained
protein, dietary fiber, B vitamins and dietary minerals in amounts greater than in many grains and has been selected as an experimental crop in NASA's Controlled Ecological Life Support System for long-duration human occupied space flights.
The color of Quinua plant is red, yellow and green like a Bolivian national flag. On the 2nd photo, the German student guys took a photo with its flag. On the 3rd photo, it's just gigant cactus living in the village with about 3-4 meters tall.
