「チィー！チィィーッ」という鳴き声が特徴で
東ヌプカウシヌプリのガレ場が棲家として有名
でも、雨が苦手というナッキーなので
ダメ元で山に登ったら、
一匹だけ数分間、奇跡的に岩から這い出してきてくれました！！

This is named 'Naki-usagi' (means a rock rabbit or whistling hare, otherwise 'pikas' in English), is living on the rocky slope of higher elevation over 800m above sea level in Hokkaido. They're whistling high-pitched alarm call like 'Chieee-!! Chieee-!!' when diving into its burrow. I found this only in the mountain very luckily because they don't like going out in the rain.
