The sea of cloud in Chichibu Muse Park, Chichibu city, Saitama prefecture, Japan 埼玉の秋の新名所といえば「秩父の雲海」 雲海が発生しやすいベストシーズンは11月とのことですが、 今年は温暖化の影響かなかなか発生せず… しかしようやく11月18日、待望の大雲海が出現しました！ あまりに凄すぎて、9時ごろまで消えないぐらい 下界もずっと霧や靄がかかった状態でした 秩父は雲海予報や実況中継NAVIがあるので 噂を聞きつけた観光客が各展望台に殺到していました ちなみに秩父雲海は、カラフルな街灯りが照らし出される雲海が名物なのですが、到着時にはうっすら夜が明けていたこともあり、うまく撮れず… なのでいつかリベンジします！ あ、4枚目と5枚目は空振りした別日の写真です 期間限定で秩父公園橋がライトアップされたときのものです Photo on Nov 18th 2023 The sea of cloud('Unkai' in Japanese) in Chichibu, Saitama prefecture is getting popular as a new scenic spot of Saitama these days, especially the best time to see is said during November in fall. However it just didn't seem to be appeared this year maybe because of climate change. The long awaited big sea of cloud was finally here on 18th Nov. We could see from the observatory in Chichigu muse park on the hill. It's so fantastic and I was touched. There were so many people to pack into the park for Unkai-wathching from before dawn to the late morning around 9 o'clock. The 4th and 5th photo is from the same observatory the other day without Unkai(seaof cloud). Oasis21, Nagoya city, Aichi prefecture, Japan 「水の宇宙船」をイメージした、名古屋のシンボル的存在「オアシス21」 屋上へは階段あるいはエレベーターで上がれて 水を張った水盤にまちの景色が写し込まれています なかなか面白い造りの観光スポットでした ちなみに屋上への入場は無料 天下のトヨタ経済圏が支える名古屋の太っ腹さを感じました Photo on Nov 1st 2023 Oasis21 is one of the landmark of Nagoya city, Aichi prefecture, where is represented like a Spaceship-Aqua with a roof-top garden taking a walk avairable through the sky 14m above the ground. After the sunset, it is illuminated in various colors. Actually it's like a shopping mall with 30 more shops and a half-underground Bus Terminal. You can have a break at the free chairs or benches on the ground of the Spaceship-Aqua. Dondoko Forest, Ghibli Park, Nagakute city, Aichi prefecture, Japan 3度目にして、ようやくジブリパークの「どんどこ森」を訪問！ やっと3エリア、コンプリートしたと思ったら 訪れたその日（11月1日）、新たにもののけの里がオープンしました… （というか、もののけの里はチケット完売で入手できず…） いやでも、ジブリパーク何度来ても楽しいです！ 画像1枚目は、「どんどこ森」のどんどこ堂（トトロではありません） 画像2枚目は、紅葉し始めた時計塔前 画像3枚目は、新しくオープンした「もののけの里」の乙事主滑り台 画像4枚目は、「もののけの里」前にオープンした「猫の城遊具エリア」で見かけた猫のシルエット 画像5枚目は、ジブリパークオリジナルの懐かしのラムネ！ Photo on Nov 1st 2023 It's in the Ghibli Park in Nagakute city, Aichi prefecture, where is a park that represents the world of Studio Ghibli produced the animation films of 'Princess Mononoke''Spirited Away' 'My Neighbor Totoro' and so on. This is 'Dondoko Mori( Forest)' area that represented the world of 'My Neighbor Totoro', Photo 1 is named 'Dondoko-do', actually he is not Totoro. Photo 2 is the Park landmark of Elevator Clock Tower instead of the entrance gate with the autumn leaves. Photo 3 is the Lord Okkoto-nushi Slide in Mononoke Village, where has just opend as a new area since Nov. 1st 2023 actually when I visited on the same day. Photo 4 is the cat silhouette in Kitty's Park in front of Mononoke Village. Photo 5 is Ramune soda(like Sprite) of Studio Ghibli original, which is one of Japanese traditional soda as a child. Actually I have been to this 3 times! I'm a big fan of the Ghibli works. Wakeoe Shrine, Nagoya city, Aichi prefecture, Japan こちらは最近名古屋で話題の「別小江（わけおえ）神社」 “映える”神社として人気急上昇中だそう この日は早朝に訪れたので参拝者はほぼおらず、撮影をじっくり楽しめました 色とりどりの和傘や風車、もみじなどのディスプレイがとてもキレイ そして拝殿には記念撮影用に和傘とお稲荷の面まで揃っていました…気が利く… ここは御朱印がとてもおしゃれだそうです 御朱印ガールなど、集めてらっしゃる方にはお勧めです！ Photo on Nov 1st 2023 Wakeoe-jinja Shrine is located 50 minutes away from the Kintetsu Nagoya station by bus, where is getting popular as an Instagram-worthy spot nowadays in Aichi prefecture. When I visited the shrine in the very early morning, almost no visitors there, so I could have a good time taking a lot of photos for a long time. There are a lot of Japanese-style display like Wagasa ( Japanese paper umblleras), Kazaguruma(paper windmills) ,Momiji ( autumn leaves-shaped papers) and whatever. Akechidaira Ropeway, Nikko city, Tochigi prefecture, Japan 華厳の滝を一望できる展望台への「明智平ロープウェイ」 訪れた10月末、錦秋の紅葉に包まれた空中絶景散歩が楽しめました！ 特に、昇りは右側、下りは左側に乗るのがオススメ いろは坂などより美しい絶景が眼下に見下ろせます しかし、狭い空間にすし詰め状態で行き来して、さすがは日光…と思うと同時に、すっかりコロナムードは収まって良かったとも思いました Photo on Oct 31th 2023 This is the Akechi-daira Ropeway getting to Kegon-no-taki waterfall observatory, located in Nikko city, Tochigi prefecture, Japan, which will takes a 3 minutes ride. In the fall, we can have fun kind of going for a leisurely walk in the sky surrounded by the autumn colored mountains. Actually I highly recommend to take a ropeway at the right side of its gondola when going up or at the left side when going down because you can look down the breathtaking view of 'Iroha-zaka road' with waterfall like 2nd photo. Kegon-no-taki waterfall, Nikko city, Tochigi prefecture, Japan 言わずと知れた、 明智平ロープウェイ展望台から一望する日光華厳の滝、とその上が中禅寺湖、お隣は白雲滝です！ 日光がちょうど見頃とニュースで見て、はせ参じました！ 朝は晴れていたのですが、 午後から雲が出てきて中禅寺湖と男体山が霞んでしまいましたが、 紅葉はまさにピーク、さすが日本屈指の紅葉スポットだと改めて息を呑みました 平日というのに、これを見るために車で1時間半、ロープウェイで30分、合計2時間待ちました…おそるべし、このシーズンの日光…汗 Photo on Oct 31th 2023 Kegon-no-taki waterfall with 100m long is one of the most famous and the Japan's 3 most beautiful falls, located in Nikko city, Tochi prefecture, Japan, viewing from Akechi-daira Ropeway observatory. You can see Lake Chu-zenjiko above the Kegon falls and Haku-un-taki waterfall next to the Kegon falls surounded by the gorgeous fall foliage. The latter half of October is the best time to see the peak of its fall foliage in most years, however it gave or took about a week compared to the usual year. Akechi-daira Ropeway Observatory is the best place to overlook the Kegon falls, but it was too crowded to wait for parking my car for 1 and half hours and more taking a ropeway for 30 mins. It's kind of crazy.
