　ヴィーガンとは思えない彩り豊かな美味しい料理、何より、旬の桃が食材として使用され、想像の斜め上いく美味しさでした

　最後はシンプルにもぎたての桃！ジューシーで甘くて最高に贅沢なおやつ
　特に笛吹市では皮のままいただくのが流儀だそうで新鮮な桃は皮までイケました！

■ Nou Cafe Couleur (The farm cafe Couleur) in Ohkita Farm, Fuefuki city

For Vegetarian and Vegan, Macrobiotic diet menu using chef's own farming vegetables with seasonal fruits like peaches in summer. To be surprised, peaches are cooked not as a fruit, but as an ingredient in vegan cooking.

■ Marusa Marche in Fuefuki city

This cafe is one of the most famous cafes for lovely fruit sandwiches like in the 4th photo. On the other hand, you can participate in a variety of desert cooking workshops like a Fruits parfait. Actually the parfait on the 3rd photo is my own work.

■ Misaka Farm Grape House in Fuefuki city

Have fun picking and eating peaches on the farm. The fresh peaches are so juicy ,sweet and tasty!! The fresh peaches produced in Fuefuki can eat whole fruits without peeling them!
