再びの「白川湖の水没林」
うっかり忘れてました
これは朝もやを撮った前日の朝の風景
この日はあいにく夜明けに間に合わず、
仕方なく朝7時過ぎの様子を撮ったものです
到着して早々、風が強く出てきて
きれいなリフレクションはほとんど見られませんでした
まぁ、これはこれできれいですね

This is the submerged forest of Lake Shirakawa, located in Iide town, the remote area of Yamagata prefecture, Japan. This super picturesque scenery of a lot of willow with trees coming out sprouting buds living in lake is due to melting snow pouring into Shirakawa lake as a Dam lake. This can generally be seen only 1 month like from mid-April to mid-May, when the water level in the lake increases.
Honestly speaking, I'd visited Shirakawako lake on the morning prior to May 12th. But unfortunately I could not catch the morning mist view at that time around 7 o'clock in the morning. The morning mist had gone already. So this photos are the view of the lake at around 7:00-7:30 in the morning. Aayway I think this is beautiful as well, isn't it?
