最後の清流、四万十川

その源流点と言われるスポットが高知県津野町にありました

雄大なスケールをたたえたあの美しい四万十川の源流がこんな小さな湧水スポットから始まっていると思うと、何だかロマンですね

登山口から徒歩約25分程度で到着します

日が傾きかけた16時頃、静まり返る森の空間に濃い霧まで降り注いできて、まるでシシ神の森みたいな神聖な雰囲気でした

This is the headwaters of Shimanto river, which is well-known as one of the representative finest rivers and located in the western Shikoku region of Japan, with 196 km in length and 2,270 km². I was very surprised what the origin of the river so small and beautiful is. It would take about 25 minutes climbing from the mountain gate.
