京都の嵐山方面に位置する「浄住寺」

秋の特別拝観に入れました！

圧倒的な紅葉と苔庭で
こんなところがあったのかと目からうろこ

立派なお寺ですが、近年まで住職不在で寺は荒れ放題
新しい住職が来てから、だいぶ復興されたようです

貴重な庭や文化財が失われなくて良かったです…

Ju-jyo-ji is one of the oldest temeples by Obaku Buddhism, like a one of Zen Buddhism, located in Arashiyama ward, Kyoto. Normally it would be closed and not allowed to go inside. But in the short limited term of the fall, the temple would be made public for charge. Anyway the fall foliage and moss garden of that is super stunning! At that time, the best time to see fall foliage was almost coming.
