This is 'La Luna: Cape Hinode Scenic Viewpoint' in Hinode Misaki( Cape Hinode) Oumu town, Monbetsu, Hokkaido, Japan, where is a free observatory 24 hours a day, every day.

The 1st and 2nd photos were taken the cape in sunrise with the observatory.
The 3rd was taken a monument in the camping site next to the cape in sunrise.
The 4th was taken from Okhotsk Onsen Hotel Hinode Misaki built behind the cape, in sunset.
The 5th was taken the cape in sunset.

It's a so stuninng and photogenic view point.
