昔訪れた、輪島市の「白米（しらよね）千枚田」

日本海に面したこの棚田の枚数はなんと1,004枚
日本の原風景とも呼ばれる、海と田んぼと夕陽が似合うスポットでした

ここも地震の影響で田んぼに無数の亀裂が入り、被害が大きいそうです
陥没隆起などで崩壊を免れたのは、ホント良かったですね…
ここの復活も期待しています

You might know about New Year's Day earthquake with 7.6 magnitude in Noto peninsula, Japan. Actually the aftershocks still are continuing almost everyday and increasing the number of victims. We're in deep grief anyway.

However I believe that they will be able to recover from the earthquake in the near future. So I'll let you know the beautiful places I've been to Noto peninsula and Hokuriku region.

This is called 'Shirayone Senmaida Raice Terraces' in Wajima city, creating with 1004 paddies on a steep slope and are narrow and irregular in shape. The beauty of Shiroyone Senmaida changes dramatically with the seasons.
Unfortunately according to the news, the paddies was created countless of cracks by the earthquate. I hope it'll be restored in the near future.
